Terms of Service

Service Agreement Overview

By booking a reservation with Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs (the “Company”). Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking and Payment Terms

All reservations must be made through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings. Payment is processed upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Rates are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking, including vehicle type, distance, and duration.
  • Additional charges may apply for wait time, tolls, parking fees, and route changes requested during the ride.
  • For hourly bookings, a minimum booking duration applies as specified at the time of reservation.

Passenger Conduct

We expect all passengers to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products inside the vehicle.
  • Consumption of illegal substances.
  • Aggressive, disruptive, or threatening behavior toward the chauffeur or other passengers.
  • Any activity that may damage the vehicle interior or exterior.

Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate a ride immediately if passenger conduct violates these terms. Full fare will apply in such cases.

Vehicle Care and Liability

Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and mechanical safety. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride, including but not limited to:

  • Spills, stains, or burns to upholstery and interior surfaces.
  • Damage to exterior caused by passenger actions.
  • Excessive cleaning required due to passenger use.

A cleaning or repair fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.

Gratuity Policy

Gratuity is included in our rates. No additional tip is required or expected. If you wish to provide additional gratuity for exceptional service, it is always appreciated but never obligated.

Force Majeure

Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God.
  • Traffic accidents, road closures, or construction.
  • Government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.
  • Mechanical breakdowns despite regular maintenance (a replacement vehicle will be dispatched promptly).

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fare paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
