Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs requests at least 72 hours' notice for all cancellations. The following outlines our cancellation fee structure for reservations.

More Than 72 Hours Before Service

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Within 72 Hours of Service

Cancellations or missed appointments made without 72 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Within 24 Hours of Service

Cancellations or missed appointments made without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. No refund will be issued.

Special Events

For special event bookings (weddings, proms, concerts, sporting events, and other high-demand occasions), specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation. These may include longer cancellation windows and non-refundable deposits due to the premium nature of these reservations.

No-Shows

If a passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time without prior notice, the full fare will be charged. Our chauffeurs will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time before the ride is marked as a no-show.
