How It Works

• Flight coordinationChauffeur briefed via your flight department or charter broker before wheels-up. Tail number entered into the dispatch system; FAA flight feed monitored from take-off through landing.
• Pre-arrival stagingChauffeur arrives at the FBO 30 minutes before estimated wheels-down. If the flight is delayed or early, the chauffeur and vehicle adjust in real time — no surcharge for the schedule shift.
• Planeside pickupWhere ramp access is permitted (most major FBOs), the vehicle meets the aircraft at the apron. Crew offloads luggage directly to the vehicle; principal steps off the plane and into the cabin in under a minute. No terminal, no FBO lobby wait.
• Luggage handlingCrew loads from aircraft to vehicle directly. For multi-bag arrivals or technical equipment, a Luxury SUV or Executive Sprinter is staged. We coordinate with the FBO for oversized items and ramp-cleared transport on request.

Per-hour rates same as standard fleet — Luxury Sedan $140/hr, Luxury SUV $140/hr, Executive Sprinter $225/hr. FBO meet-and-greet, tail-number tracking, and pre-flight coordination included. Multi-leg charter trips priced as continuous engagement (not separate transfers), with the same coordinator from leg 1 through final return. Standby billing available for international arrivals with uncertain customs clearance times.
