Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and exceptional transportation experience for every passenger. By booking with us, you agree to the following policies and guidelines.
Treat Everyone with Respect
We ask all passengers to exercise good judgment and behave courteously. Treat your chauffeur and fellow passengers as you would wish to be treated yourself — with respect, professionalism, and consideration.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited during any Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs service:
- Aggressive, confrontational, threatening, or harassing behavior toward the chauffeur or other passengers.
- Use of disrespectful, discriminatory, or abusive language or gestures.
- Discussion of divisive personal topics that create an uncomfortable environment.
- Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law.
Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate a ride immediately if passenger conduct violates these guidelines. Full fare will apply in such cases, and no refund will be issued.
Unwanted Contact
All contact between passengers and chauffeurs should end when the trip is complete, unless it is to return a lost item. Post-trip texting, calling, or visiting of any kind is not permitted.
Follow the Law
Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs services may not be used to commit any crime, including but not limited to transporting illegal substances, money laundering, drug or human trafficking, or any form of exploitation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
Smoking Policy
There is absolutely no smoking or use of any tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or vaping devices permitted in any of our vehicles. Violations will result in immediate termination of the ride with no refund and a minimum cleaning fee of $250.
Car Seats
When traveling with small children, it is the rider's responsibility to provide an appropriate car seat. Children age 12 and under must travel in the back seat in compliance with Texas law. Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs can accommodate car seats upon advance request.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request with advance notice. Please inform us of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.
Traffic & Vehicle Operation
All chauffeurs and passengers must comply with applicable traffic laws and regulations. Passengers may not request or instruct the chauffeur to violate speed limits, traffic signals, or any other traffic regulation. Passengers must not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle at any time.
Excess Cleaning & Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excessive messes resulting from:
- Spilling food or drinks
- Vomiting
- Prohibited smoking or tobacco use
- Excessive trash or debris
- Damage to upholstery, interior surfaces, or the exterior
The minimum cleanup fee is $250. Damage beyond normal cleaning will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file at the full cost of repair or replacement.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted to info@blackswanlimos.com within 30 days of the service date. Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs will review each request and address it in the manner deemed appropriate at our sole discretion. Credits or refunds may be issued depending on the circumstances. Gratuity amounts are at the discretion of the client and may be modified or removed after the trip.
Overages & Wait Time Fees
Quoted prices cover only the specific service booked. Additional charges apply for:
- Extended mileage beyond the quoted route
- Additional hours beyond the reserved time
- Wait time beyond the complimentary 15-minute grace period
A per-minute wait time fee begins after your chauffeur arrives at the pickup location and the agreed-upon pickup time has passed. A 15-minute complimentary wait period is provided for all pickups. Extended trips are prorated at the applicable hourly rate.
Changes to This Policy
Black Swan Executive Chauffeurs reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The effective date will be revised accordingly, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
