Wedding packages are usually billed as a multi-hour single window (typically 6-10 hours) covering all of: pre-ceremony pickup, ceremony arrival, photo session, reception arrival, reception wait, after-party drop-offs. Gratuity (15-20%) included in quoted rate. Decor allowed within limits — magnetic signs, removable banners, tied ribbons, balloons inside. Permanent adhesives, glitter, and smoke are not. Confirm decor plan at booking. Standard wait time per stop (15-30 min) included; extended wait billed at per-hour rate prorated.

When should I book wedding transportation?
6-9 months out for peak wedding season (May, June, September, October). 3-4 months for off-season. Booking last-minute is often possible but locks you out of specific vehicles and chauffeurs.
How many vehicles do we actually need?
For a 100-guest wedding: typically one Luxury Sedan for the couple, one Executive Sprinter for the wedding party, and shuttle service (22- or 28-passenger bus) for guests if ceremony and reception are at different venues. A 200-guest wedding scales linearly.
Is gratuity included?
Yes — 15-20% gratuity is included in the quoted wedding rate. If you want to recognize an exceptional chauffeur on top of that, $50-$100 cash at end of night is appropriate.
What about non-wedding occasions (prom, Sweet 16, Quinceanera, anniversary)?
Same vehicle and chauffeur standards, different packaging. Prom and Sweet 16 typically billed as a 6-hour evening window with parental day-of contact. Anniversary and milestone celebrations billed as an evening window or full-day package. All bookings include the same vetted chauffeurs, commercial insurance, and dispatch coverage.
