Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book Houston Rodeo transportation?
For 2026 rodeo nights (Mar 3–22) and the BBQ Cook-Off (late Feb), book 3–4 weeks ahead. Saturday-night concerts with major headliners book first; weeknight rodeos have more availability. Last-minute is sometimes possible.
Where does my chauffeur drop me off at NRG Stadium?
We use the NRG Center / Gate 5 credentialed lane on Kirby Drive — separate from the main Loop 610 traffic queue. Chauffeurs re-stage in Lot J after drop-off so the car is curbside within minutes of the final encore.
How long is the drive from IAH or Hobby to NRG Stadium?
30 minutes from IAH (off-peak) via I-69 S; 18–22 minutes from Hobby (HOU) via Loop 610 W. On Friday and Saturday rodeo + concert nights, expect 50–70 minutes from IAH when Loop 610 backs up at Main / Kirby.
Do you offer service from Dallas or Austin to Houston Rodeo?
Yes — long-distance round-trip service from Dallas (I-45 S, 3.5 hours) and Austin (3 hours) is available for groups who prefer to travel together. Most individual clients fly into HOU and ground-transfer to NRG; we coordinate both options.
Can the same chauffeur cover BBQ Cook-Off, rodeo, and after-party in one night?
Yes — the standard rodeo-night package is a 5–7 hour hourly window covering hotel → cook-off or pre-game → NRG → after-party. Same chauffeur, same vehicle, no re-booking each leg.
What vehicle should I pick for a family group of 5 going to a rodeo concert?
Cadillac Escalade ESV is the most common rodeo-night pick for 4–7 guests — comfortable for the long evening window, fits the credentialed NRG drop-off lane. For corporate hospitality groups of 8+, Mercedes Sprinter Executive is the right step up.
